We pride ourselves on processing and completing orders promptly.

If you place an order before 3pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas/NewYear holiday period), we will post your order first class on the same day as long as we have that particular stamp in stock and your ordering instructions are clear. This applies to our Luminum range of state-of-the-art pre-inked stamps.

All other stamps, such as daters and numberers, and accessories are usually dispatched same day if ordered by 3pm but, otherwise, will be shipped the following day. If there is likely to be a delay of  more than 48 hours in posting an item, we shall inform you and give you the option of cancelling your order.

If your stamp is faulty, please email us with a full description of the problem. In most cases, we shall ask you to return the product at your expense and shall replace it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may return the product and request a refund.
